SUCCESS STORIES

The competition has a lot of success stories to offer. For example, Nornickel’s project in 2020 has demonstrated cross-functional interaction synergy in solving a complex technological task and was awarded the Grand Prize.

In 2019, a metal processing company from Czech Republic, BENEŠ A LÁT, was awarded First place in the Human Capital nomination. They came up with a unique project of sharing constructors, aimed at attracting children in kindergartens to technical professions, preparing the next generation of digital production workers.

The team of teachers and students of the Perm National Research Polytechnic University in 2020 has impressed the participants and the jury of the competition with the creative implementation of Lean and Agile technologies to increase the student involvement in the educational processes. Another winner, a foreman from the German company Alfmeier, received well-deserved recognition for a custom project, demonstrating how the integration of kaizen methodology into the daily routine of a foreman provides solutions to “unsolvable” problems.

More and more companies come to appreciate this competition as a fair of ideas and solutions for their companies. “Transformation” projects competition creates intellectual synergy, which benefits every participating company.
